Perennial Herb (Zone 4-10) Green leaves, light mauve flowers. Vigorous, low-growing plant with fragrant leaves. Harvest fresh any time by cutting a couple of inches from new growth. For drying, cut after bloom. Small pollinators and beneficial insects adore all thyme flowers.
