Tender Perennial Herb (Zone 9-11) Aromatic grass from India. A delicious addition to soups, curries, teas. Essential oil distilled from this variety contains large amounts of citral and geraniol and can be used for flavorings, perfumes, and insect repellent. Requires well-drained soil with regular waterings. Will not tolerate frost, bring inside for winter.
